Part-Time Program Coordinator

The Milwaukee Tennis & Education Foundation (MTEF) is hiring a Program Coordinator to support on-site execution of our youth tennis and enrichment programs during the school year and summer. This hands-on role focuses on program logistics and day-to-day operations—supporting enrichment activities, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth delivery at program sites.

We serve children who would otherwise lack access to safe, productive after-school and summer opportunities. Our programs build tennis skills, academic confidence, physical health, and character.

Who You Are

  • Organized, dependable, and energized by hands-on work

  • Comfortable working in active, youth-serving environments

  • Experience with youth or community programs preferred

  • Clear communicator and strong team player

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Able to lift and transport program supplies (up to ~15 lbs)

  • Willing to meet SafePlay and background check requirements

 What You’ll Do

  • Support on-site logistics for school-year TEAM programs and summer camps

  • Prepare, organize, and transport program materials and supplies

  • Assist with enrichment programming and daily operations

  • Support coaches and volunteers with set-up and execution

  • Help track on-site surveys and program feedback

 Schedule & Hours

  • Part-time, hourly, seasonal role

  • School Year (Sept–May): ~2–5 hours per week

  • Summer (June–Aug): Increased hours; some weeks 5–6 hours/day

Preference will be given to candidates available for both seasons; however, candidates available for only one season are still encouraged to apply and should note availability in their application.
