2019 MTEF Tennis Ball Dinner & Auction

We are putting the fun in fundraising this year at the 21st Annual MTEF Tennis Ball! We invite you to join us on Saturday, October 5th, 2019 at the Pfister Hotel and experience the virtual reality film ASHE '68, a documentary on tennis champion and social activist Arthur Ashe that debuted at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival.

The Tennis Ball, MTEF's largest fundraiser of the year, supports all aspects of MTEF's nationally recognized tennis, education and mentoring programming for inner city youth. This year's committee has set a goal of $100,000 profit and 300 attendees, and we look forward to having you join us.

MTEF is one of only twenty 4-star National Junior Tennis & Learning chapters out of 295 across the United States. NJTL was founded in 1969 by Arthur Ashe and friends Charles Pasarell and Sheridan Snyder to promote literacy and the sport of tennis among urban youth who might otherwise not have such opportunities.
